About Us
Straight 2 The Heart ministry team have one burning, passionate desire. We have dedicated our lives to lifting high the "personal side" of the cross of Christ, allowing the Holy Spirit to go straight "to the heart," (Acts 2:37). As we pray, with new understanding of the "personal side" of the cross, we can experience healing, wholeness, freedom from addictions, destructive thought patterns, and emotional problems.

Is it possible that the Christian church has missed an important part of the gospel message, the same message Christ's disciples rejected 2000 years ago? We desire the Written Word of God to become the Living Word, by revealing the same hidden half of the gospel Jesus repeatedly pointed His disciples attention to before and after His resurrection.

We can ask ourselves one simple question: Is our life still lacking the fruit of the Spirit, just as His disciples' were, before Calvary, even though they had already committed their lives to Jesus? If the answer is yes, do you long for the transformation of the disciples', after His resurrection, where even the enemies of Christ said the only possible answer to the noticeable change in these same disciples was that they had been with Christ (Acts 4:13)?

The Bible

We emphasize the "application" of God's Word, not just the "proclamation" of God's Words. As we share how He identified Himself with us, we pray that He will draw all those painful parts of your heart into His heart. Experiencing the "personal side" of the cross moves you beyond the sin and forgiveness cycle, empowering you to finally gain victory in your life, because you are more closely connected to Christ.

Backgrounds

While each Straight 2 The Heart Ministry team member comes from different backgrounds, we all know Christ as our Lord and Savior. We have all experienced brokenness, as well as the power of Christ to set us free. Each team member has asked for prayer and experienced healing and freedom in some area of his or her heart. Team members share the fruit of that freedom as they pray with others, and each has a prayer partner for ongoing growth.

We are also committed to training others wanting to experience the power of "Praying God's Word," into hearts, minds and souls, connecting hearts with the heart of Christ for the purpose of healing, freedom and witnessing.

Resources

Our resources are geared towards making a relationship with Christ as personal, practical, meaningful, and powerful as possible. Using descriptive words, simple words, and word pictures helps you explain the gospel just as Jesus did. Imagine being able to easily illuminate the whole Gospel and its terms to non-believers. We believe you will have valuable and successful witnessing tools and a better grasp of the true meaning of theology.

Terms like "justification," "sanctification," "take it to the cross," "leave it at the feet of Jesus," "confession," and "repentance" are not readily understood by a non-believer (or many believers). Another example is the term "forgiveness." This word can trigger all kinds of negative reactions among believers and non-believers. Forgiving from the heart," (Matt. 18:35), along with many other terms, are simply and meaningfully explained in Straight 2 the Heart, Inc., making witnessing easier than ever before.
